Customer Experience Specialist


GetintheLoop (GITL), is looking for a motivated, outgoing and passionate Customer Experience Specialist. Based in Kelowna you will work "hands on" as a key member of a team supporting our partners and business customers in their marketing endeavors across Western Canada.

Skills & Requirements 

  • Passionate about digital marketing and the possibilities that marketing to mobile devices brings to businesses and consumers

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business or related field preferred

  • 1-2 years Customer Service experience essential

  • Strong communication skills necessary to providing marketing support and for building strong relationships - by phone, online and face to face

  • Creative thinker and problem solver who takes initiative with projects at hand

  • Exceptional user of online applications and social platforms in business

  • Startups don’t scare you and you thrive in a fast moving dynamic environment

  • Strong organization and time management skills

  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment

  • Results driven self-starter eager to contribute to and reach organizational goals
